Fabrika is where they say the creative pulse of the city can be traced and felt in so many details. Located in the old historical district of Tbilisi.

PS Neither Georgia or Turkey change their clocks. So, I think now Georgia is nine hours ahead of you and Turkey will be eight. Brussel, six hours; Edinburgh, five.
