Today, up the river, back down the river. Hopefully kinda flat. 37 miles, 2,439 feet above sea level, 98% paved—I have an app. ; )

To bed. Tired again!

Hi, Eileen. Still having a great time. Starting to wrap up my time in Portugal/Spain and head to Tbilisi. Can’t wait to see Mike!! Food and sights so far have been fabulous. Weather decent overall. What’s new there? You guys starting to hunker down for the winter? I think my sisters (and their husbands) and I are meeting my brother and his wife at Congress Hall for lunch mid-December. I’ll let you know. Talk soon, xoxo, —nancy

Hi Nancy, good to hear from you. Glad you are enjoying yourself and I know you can’t wait to see Mike and have more adventures. I have been busy. 2 Baby Showers in PA. Yesterday, Flo and I spent the afternoon together = lunch and then walking the beach at the Point. 65 degrees – just beautiful as it today. Going to the Nature Show at Convention Hall this afternoon – meeting Flo, Heather and Lilly there. Karen B. taught a new canasta game to me, Janet VP and Denise D. Karen has left for N.C. so now the three of us and Kim and Kathy plan to start playing cards. The kids are all good. Brandon is on the Jr.High football team. Sophie is dancing her feet off and was asked to be an Angel in the Nutcracker again this year. Last Saturday was her birthday dance party at a studio and the teacher and she led all the girls in dance. She had her own playlist. Wes is at guys’ weekend at Rauch Creek in PA and driving a humvee through the woods. If I am reincarnated, I want to come back as one of my grandchildren. xoxo Eileen

Hi, Eileen. You sound busy and it also sounds like the kids are doing great and getting ready for the holiday season. Wonderful update. My neighborhood also just started a canasta group. I guess I will join in the new year. I, of course, will be spending Thanksgiving with Mike and his friends here in Georgia; I will be spending Christmas with my sister Ellen’s family in DE—I’m so glad I don’t have to travel far! I am sitting in the Munich airport and waiting for my flight to Tbilisi. Can’t wait to see Mike. Stay healthy. Have fun. Talk soon, —nancy
